Another true story: wrestling may be fixed, but if you don't know what you're doing, the damage you do to yourself and others is very real. I know how to land on my back, but I'd been screwing it up. I ended up with is a torn muscle in my lower back and a bit of stiffness I could feel months later. Could have been much worse.
